VACANCY
We are one of the leading organizations in the printing and packaging industry in Sri Lanka. Our organization is well-established and achieving daily improvements in the market. We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and energetic person to join our passionate team of young professionals as a Production Executive.
QUALITY EXECUTIVE
Main duties and responsibilities include:
- Responsible for implementation of quality assurance procedures, standards, and specification certifications.
- Identification of nonconformity, root-cause analysis, and leading corrective actions and preventive actions.
- Responsible for internal and external calibration of instruments and equipment.
- Prepare and update quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and other relevant documents.
- Perform process checking and final inspection to ensure a quality product is made.
- Assure the system is in compliance with ISO Quality Management system and maintain documents.
- Review customer requirements and address customer complaints.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
- Product defects analysis and identify areas for improvements in the quality system.
Qualifications and skills:
- B.Sc degree/HND (or equivalent) in Business/Operations Management or related field.
- Diploma in Quality Management would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar capacity in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in working with the printing industry will be a plus.
- Working knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
- Computer literacy and good command of English.
- Be able to work on Saturdays.
- Candidates from close vicinity of Negombo/Ja-Ela are preferred.
