Team Shift Leader
- TYPE: Full-time
- SALARY: 60-75k/month
- LOCATION: Colombo
Job description:
- 2+ years experience in creating a team roster and managing routine work
- Create and manage team roster every week
- Ensure inventory is managed accurately
- Develop and ensure compliance with internal SOPs
- Ensure compliance with food standards and regulations
- Help with the development and launch of new products
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication
- Working knowledge of Excel/Sheets
- Basic knowledge in food standards and regulations
- Able to commute to and from work (Colombo 03)
Salary and Benefits:
- Starting salary package of between LKR 720,000 - 900,000 per annum
- Meals provided
- Signing bonus in 3 months
- Confirmation bonus in 6 months
