Responsibilities

- Provide a positive guest experience and ticketing services in a friendly and professional manner.

- Coordinate with related departments to address guest requests and complaints.

- Create a safe and secure environment compliant with health and safety guidelines.

- Manage cash operations, work with cash courier services, and tally daily income.

- Maintain main cash float, daily inventory, and issue change for cashiers.

- Conduct spot checks of cashier points to ensure professionalism.

Requirements

- Diploma or professional qualification from a recognized institution.

- 2-3 years of experience in a related field.

- Knowledge of handling groups, VIP guests, and customer inquiries.

- Hands-on experience with online ticket booking systems.

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
