EXECUTIVE Gold Financing (Urgent) (Kaduwela branch)
- Key Responsibilities:
- ⚫ Driving and initiating plans to achieve the set gold financing target of the respective branch.
- • Leading and driving the growth and profitability of the gold loan business portfolio.
- ● Checking, valuating and assessing gold articles and negotiating with customers regarding the loan amount with compliance with Company guidelines.
- • Ensuring that the internal controls are in place and practicing with Operation Manual.
Experience and Qualifications:
- ⚫ G.C.E.O/L with passes in English and Mathematics. Having G.C.E. A/L or Diploma in Gold Financing will be distinct advantage.
- Possess minimum of 03 years pawning experience in a recognized financial institution.
- Ability in identifying fake and dud articles.
- Good customer relationship.
- • Good command of Sinhala language. Ability work in English and Tamil languages will be distinct advantage.
- ⚫ Agee below 40 years
