TRAINEE - AFTER SALES SERVICES
Join us to pursue a career as a Trainee - After Sales Services and you will be responsible for carry out technical functions in an efficient and timely manner adhering to engineering standards ensuring customer satisfaction. Also, will be responsible for making suggestions to boost effectiveness, productivity, and profitability. - Planning and implementing shipment inspection.
- Attending to and completing repair jobs within the limits.
- Achieving the Service Agreements for the relevant instrument range in the given regions.
- Ensuring the availability of all operational and technical manuals sold by the company.
- Maintaining customer files for the assigned region.
- Responsible for maintaining installation and service protocols, for assigned instrument models.
THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- NVQ level 5 qualified or equivalent qualifications in electronic engineering.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Sound knowledge in fault diagnosis, repairs, servicing of electronic instruments.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
- Possess a positive attitude, hardworking, well-disciplined, and willing to work under pressure.
- Excellent team player with innovative thinking.
