CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

JOB PROFILE

  • Handle customer inquiries
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and effective manner
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
  • Collect and document customer feedback
  • Provide insights and suggestions based on customer feedback to improve products and services
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions
  • Provide customers with detailed product information and recommendations

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field would be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication in Sinhala & English
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
