Business Development Executive - Facility Management Executive
We are seeking a motivated and a highly skilled individual to join our dynamic team. As Business Development Executive - Facility Management Services, you will play a pivotal role to meet our company's objectives building client portfolios.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build relationships with prospective clients related to facility management services while maintaining consistent contact with existing clients.
- Manage sales pipeline.
- Analyze market trends and establish competitive advantage.
- Track metrics to ensure targets are met 100%.
- Identify client requirements and propose them with the most suitable IFM service solutions.
- Reviewing and entering into IFMS contracts, followed by administering those to ensure that renewals are made timely.
- Being responsible for clients by fulfilling service delivery obligations and adding value as agreed via service contracts.
- Ensure the maximum business deliverables.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- B.Sc. (Hons.) Business Administration with marketing Certifications.
- Sound knowledge in facility management and operations.
- Sound knowledge in MS Office -Word/excel/Power point.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication skills and well conversant in reading, writing and speaking in English and Sinhala language. Proficiency in Tamil language will be considered as an added advantage.
