What you would be doing
- Preventive maintenance of HVAC, refrigeration, and compressed air systems to ensure optimal functionality and energy efficiency while implementing automated monitoring systems where applicable.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of all related equipment, including chillers, compressors, air handling units, and refrigeration units.
- Schedule and perform preventive maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of equipment and prevent unexpected breakdowns.
- Promptly address and troubleshoot any system malfunctions or inefficiencies and implement solutions to minimize downtime and ensure quick recovery of operations.
- Ensure clear communication and collaboration with other engineering staff, senior engineering assistants, and cross-functional teams to enhance overall system performance and reliability.
Here's what we are looking for
- NVQ Level 4 certification
- Completion of a 3-year full-time technical course in refrigeration from a reputed institute
- Over 3 years of experience in a similar role, specifically in Refrigeration, Compressed Air Systems, and HVAC Systems
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, plumbing, pumps, and fluid systems
