Junior Executive - Internal Audit

Location: Bangladesh

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
Should be pursuing strategic level examinations in CA or an equivalent professional certification such as CIMA or ACCA is mandatory
Should possess at least four years of overall related experience in internal auditing and a minimum of two years experience at executive level in the manufacturing industry
Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision
Strong knowledge of financial, IT, and operational processes
Good command of written and spoken English

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing annual audit plans, including identifying key risk areas and audit objectives
Conduct thorough internal audits of various departments and functions to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of processes, controls, and compliance with policies and regulations
Prepare audit reports and participate in discussion of issues and remedial action plans with the appropriate level of management
Collaborate with department heads and staff to implement suggested improvements and monitor their progress
Ensure that the organization adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
Maintain detailed audit documentation and work papers for reference and review
Assist in the coordination and facilitation of external audits or reviews when necessary
