JOB PROFILE

  • Develop and sustain relationships with local bureaucrats, all local Statutory & Regulatory bodies like Food Safety, Environment, Municipal Corporation, Fire Dept and other key stakeholders.
  • Close engagement with internal stakeholders to provide timely information and resolution.
  • Wholly responsible for ensuring timely Approvals, Licenses, NOCS, Renewals, Clearance of Import Consignments, and all Government related matters for operation of new/existing Restaurants and Commissary.
  • To carry out due diligence in opening of new Store from site feasibility and license feasibility.
  • Work with India team to develop a public policy strategy and implementable programs.
  • Ensuring adherence to the brand guidelines with respect to messaging and visual presentation.
  • Maintaining log of meetings, regular updating and sharing of Statutory and Regulatory Compliance and documentation thereof.
  • Representatives of other industries in the regions/industry associations etc.
  • Identification of anticipated risks and challenges due to internal/external environment and suggest proactive measures to mitigate risks and build on opportunities.
  • Proactively identification and solving of conflicts and establishing a mechanism for speedy resolution during crisis.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Graduate / Postgraduate with a Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong networking skills
  • Extensive knowledge of applicable government regulations.
  • Ability to inform and educate managers and department heads on regulations and policies that require compliance. Demonstrated abilities to actively seek out information and knowledge.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills and can analyze information's to develop strategy.
  • To be able to predict important & critical issues for the business/company and can respond on priority as per the needs. Ability to prioritize & plan effectively, move quickly and deal with results.
