Pattern Maker

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure patterns are created in alignment with the design intent and according to the pattern creation process upon receipt of the tech pack.
- Verify accuracy of patterns against samples while identifying and addressing all technical issues.
- Ensure patterns are graded accurately according to customer specifications.
- Constantly follow up on critical paths at each gate to meet the product development plan.
- Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma / Certificate in pattern making/grading
- 1-2 years of work experience in garment pattern making/grading along with sound knowledge on fitting and product along with fluency in software-driven pattern making.
- Working knowledge of sleepsuit/bodysuit would be an advantage.
