Overseeing HR Department (Comp & Ben, Training and Development, Recruitment)

  • Develop and maintain successful working relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external) within SPAR SL.
  • Manage Comp & ben process
  • Overlook performance reviews of Payroll employees
  • Overlook recruitment process administration support

Manage HR Administration

  • Manage Master Data base and HRIS
  • HR data reporting (i.e. CTC, headcount and FTE, absences, temporary labor, leave etc.)
  • Support Head of HR with transactional performance through operational KPIs
  • Secure compliance to HR processes, policies and legislation (tax, statutory payments, employee insurance and privacy of data)
  • Manage functional maintenance of all HR systems and interfaces
  • Manage annual pay review, market salary survey, increments and employee movements
  • Support Head of HR with data analysis for Budgeting

Manage Org. charts for all outlets and HO

Facilitate Trainings for HO and Outlet time to time

Manage HR audits (Internal and External)

Manage Company uniform and support when there is necessary

Manage company event calendar to motivate employees

Manage Labor office visit and provide relevant details with officers

Establish and maintain the best working relationship and ethics ensuring Company Values and Code of Conduct is adhered too always.

Meeting short deadlines and ensuring attention to details and accuracy in data

Collaboration with peers to ensure overall company strategy and financial objectives are met.

Minimum requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or a professional Qualification in Human Resources.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in overall HR KPIs
  • Working knowledge in both oral and written to compliment the effectiveness of the job role.
  • Data reporting and transactional pricing experience
  • Flair for the business and be proactive for timely actions in meeting Business goals
  • Be proactive and innovative in meeting Com & Ben strategy
  • Ability to work through numerous and varied decisions taken under pressure
  • Ability to put forward a business case for management 'buy-in' and deliberation
