  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to telecom products, services, and systems.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Define and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of telecom industry trends, technologies, regulations, and best practices.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, including executives, product managers, and technical teams.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and consensus on requirements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance and expertise on telecom-related initiatives.
  • Work closely with architects and developers to translate business requirements into detailed solution designs.
  • Document functional specifications, system workflows, and data models, ensuring clarity and completeness.
  • Review and validate solution designs with stakeholders to ensure they meet business needs and requirements.
  • Participate in project planning and execution activities, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user acceptance testing.

We Are Hiring Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation, using techniques such as interviews, workshops, and use case modeling.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with experience working in Agile environments.
  • Familiarity with telecom systems and technologies, such as OSS/BSS, CRM, billing systems, and network infrastructure.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) and/or relevant telecom certifications (e.g., CCNA, CTNS) would be an advantage.
