Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in handling HR function.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure they are up-to-date and confidential.
- Administer employee benefits, and leave management.
- Handle employee relations and address any issues or grievances promptly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Handle administration function of the company.
