Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement program plans in alignment with institutional goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate scheduling of classes, workshops, and events, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to design curriculum and educational materials.
  • Monitor program progress and evaluate outcomes to identify areas for improvement. Provide guidance and support to students, faculty, and staff regarding program requirements and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on program activities and student performance.
  • Serve as a liaison between the institution and external stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and community organizations.
  • Stay informed about trends and developments in education to inform program development and decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in program coordination or educational administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Age limit 25 to 35 years.
