MERCHANDISER - DEVELOPMENT

Our Client is one of the Leading apparel Companies in Sri Lanka. They are looking for a dynamic, innovative, result oriented individual to join their team

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Downloading brief sheets, handling issues through the system, and updating the system accordingly.
  • Create and update detailed progress charts to track project milestones and deadlines, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting for management review.
  • Raise Purchase Orders (POS) to ensure the timely procurement of necessary materials and supplies, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to confirm order details and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain 5S standards to promote an efficient work environment, regularly monitoring and implementing practices to sustain these principles.
  • Attending management meetings and preparation of reports.
  • Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

Degree and/or Professional Qualification in Business Management or Marketing or CIM

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Knowledge of Tech packs & Customer requirements
  • Knowledge of Market trends & Client quality expectations
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate with 3rd party service providers
