We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our Team at Platinum One Building.
Platinum One is one of Sri Lanka's premier accommodations, conveniently located at the corner of Bagatelle Road along the bustling Galle Road in Colombo 3. The 20-story, apartment complex boasts 70 expansive apartment spaces, consisting of 3-bedrooms and 4-bedrooms, as well as commercial spaces
Job Role - Operations Manager
Oversee day to day operations of the Condominium and ensure compliance with condominium by laws
Maintenance and Repairs
Coordinate routine maintenance and emergency repairs
Schedule and supervise contractors and service providers
Conduct regular inspections of common areas and facilities
Resident Relations
Address resident complaints and concerns promptly and effectively
Staff Supervision
Hire, Train and Supervise on Site-Staff
Develop Staff Schedules and Manage performance evaluations
Work Attributes and Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years' previous experience in similar capacity
Proficiency in Computers
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
Able to handle disputes and complaints diplomatically
Ability to identify and resolving issues before they escalate
Understanding of Building Maintenance
