POSITION: SERVICE SUPERVISOR - TRINCOMALEE
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues.
- Keep customers and dealers informed about proper usage and operation of products, as well as correct repair and maintenance procedures.
- Improve productivity through proactive engagement with customers and dealers.
- Inspect, evaluate, and follow up with the service dealer network.
Requirements
- GCE (O/L) with credit pass in Mathematics, English & Sinhala/Tamil and Certificate in Automobile/Mechanical engineering from a recognised Technical College/institute.
- High level of Technical and problem solving skills.
- Valid driving/riding license.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Tamil.
- Computer literacy in MS Office packages.
