Receptionist Cum Cashier

  • Greet and check-in guests, manage reservations and cancellations.
  • Provide information on resort services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve guest issues promptly.
  • Manage financial transactions (cash, credit) and issue receipts.
  • Maintain accurate records, reconcile cash drawers, and prepare reports.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience in customer service or cashier role. Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software.
