VACANCY FOR CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER CUM CASHIER

POSITION OVERVIEW

  • As a Customer Care Officer cum Cashier, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service while efficiently managing financial transactions. This dual role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Process transactions, including cash, credit/debit card payments, and refunds.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure the cash register is balanced at the end of each shift.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring a clean and organized work environment.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • G.C.E O/L & G.C.E A/L
  • Diploma in computing
  • Good communication skills in English Language
  • Age should be below 30 years
  • Minimum 01-year experience as a receptionist or a telephone operator could be an added advantage.
