OPERATIONS ANALYST
CUM PROJECT OFFICER
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review the operations of a company and use this information to develop recommendations and changes to enhance the organization's overall efficiencies.
- Present these policies, programs, and business structure ideas to the leadership team, who provides their feedback regarding their feasibility.
- Train employees on new procedures and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with other data professionals to extract and analyze data to create reports based on their findings.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business initiatives' success.
- Collect and analyze sales numbers or market research data.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and work closely with team members to implement changes.
- Create reports for internal teams and external clients.
- Visualize data using graphs and other methods.
- Establish KPI's to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.
CANDIDATE'S PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, business administration, or finance.
- Computer skills required for data analysis.
- Analytical skills to process large amounts of data.
- Critical thinking abilities.
- Knowledge in Al will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in Power BI, Advanced Excel, and ability to work with Macros.
- Capability to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
