BIM Technician
- Job Description: We are seeking a talented BIM Technician proficient in Revit or ArchiCAD to prepare detailed architectural drawings for our Australian projects.
- Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings using the ArchiCAD software package. ArchiCAD training will be provided if you are not familiar with the package.
- Qualifications:
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD or Revit.
- LOUS.
- Previous experience in complex and fine architectural detailing.
- Portfolio of previous projects using ArchiCAD or Revit is essential.
Quantity Surveyor
- Job Description: We are seeking skilled Quantity Surveyors to join our team, providing QS services to our Australian clients. The main tasks include takeoff, BOQ, and pricing, using Planswift and Bluebeam software.
- Responsibilities:
- Execute projects involving takeoff, BOQ preparation, and pricing.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all assigned projects.
- Qualifications:
- B.Sc QS or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of industry experience in precontract work.
- Proficient in PlanSwift and Bluebeam.
- Candidates with overseas project experience are preferred.
