Customer Relation Officer

Attributes and Qualifications

  • Age below 25 years
  • Experience in the same industry or call center environment would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and Tamil languages
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English will be a definite plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure excellent levels of customer service are delivered to all customers
  • Attending to Inbound/Outbound calls and non-voice contacts of the customer, professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints as per the defined standards and requirements
  • Ensure to provide comprehensive product and service details to the customers
  • Recording details of inquiries, complaints, comments/responses, and action taken
  • Introducing our services to new prospective clients
  • Routing inbound/outbound calls/non-voice contacts to the appropriate business lines
  • Must possess good telephone etiquette, energetic, friendly, and client orientation
