- Executive Communication - Dilmah Conservation
"Dilmah Conservation is the environmental sustainability and conservation arm of Dilmah Tea. It is responsible for driving conservation and sustainability initiatives such as green restoration, sustainable agriculture, restoration of blue carbon ecosystems, and climate change research"
The role
- Writing for social media, blogs, newsletters, websites
- Writing technical documents such as integrated reports, annual reports, and sustainability reports Drafting project proposals and concept notes
- Planning, managing, and compering at events related to conservation and sustainability
- Assist in organizing education & awareness programmed for staff and public
We are looking for an individual
- Who is excellent in written and verbal communication in English
- Who has a background in content writing - added advantage if its environmentally related content
- Has a passion for environmental conservation and sustainability
- Enthusiastic about planning and managing events
It is an added asset if you
- Are able to communicate and create content in Sinhala and Tamil
- Are knowledgeable about basic video editing (for social media) and design software like Canva, Adobe Illustrator etc.
- Have an educational background in science, ecology, and related environmental fields
