What you will be doing
- Be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support via email and chat.
- Actively listen to customer concerns, investigate issues, and deliver prompt and accurate solutions.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless resolutions for all customer inquiries.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements to customer service processes.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, fostering trust and building strong customer relationships.
Able to work from Monday to Friday, 4.00 am to 1.00 pm. (Sri Lanka Time)
What you will need to be considered
- Experience in a customer service role is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn and a passion for exceeding expectations are key.
- Proficiency in technology (especially CRM) and willing to pick up new technologies if required.
- A knack for de-escalating situations and resolving conflicts calmly and professionally.
- The ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Fluency in English is a must.
