We are a leading apparel manufacturer specializing in ladies' and Children's wear, established in 1988 and catering to USA and UK markets. The Group consists of 4 factories with a workforce of nearly 5000.
We are looking for dynamic individuals with a passion to pursue a career in "Garment Quality". The ideal candidate should be an energetic, team player with excellent communication, a proactive attitude, the ability to be self-motivated and work independently to achieve company goals and be willing to work in Kurunegala District.
Scope
- Develop, manage implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company's Quality Assurance Systems and Policies into compliance with the Buyers' quality system requirements.
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality assurance and technical processes are meeting the customers' expectations in the manufacturing plant.
- Manage and control entire production quality activities in accordance with approved buyer quality assurance standards, and company procedures, product specifications, & customer expectations.
- Educate and motivate machine operators, in/end line QCs, and Supervisors, on the importance of quality processes and provide them with adequate consistent training.
Qualifications
- Degree / Diploma in Apparel Industry from a recognized institute.
- At least 3 years of experience in the apparel industry as a Quality Manager.
