Production Executive
Person Specification & Qualification
- Bsc. Degree in Food Science / Engineering/Physical Science / NDT or Bakery School Diploma Holder
- Flexible, self-motivated, and proactive individual who can work independently with minimum guidance
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work on a shift basis and long working hours as per production requirements
- Knowledge and experience in Quality certifications such as ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, SLS, & HACCP would be advantageous
- 1-2 years of working experience in the food production industry would be an added advantage. Candidates aged below 30 years are preferred
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
Job Profile
- Develop daily production and labour plans to cater to 100% of the daily sales requirement
- Prepare daily and monthly KPI reports and share with Production Manager
- Maintain Raw Material, Packing Material, Minor ingredients, and consumable item stocks to avoid OOS situations and place purchase orders at relevant re-order points
- Maintain discipline among the workforce
- Ensure Plant hygiene and sanitation are maintained to the relevant quality standards
- Maintain and file all the process control records
- Timely submission and approval of the monthly workforce salary, attendance, and overtime requirements
- Ensure all safety, health, and environmental standards are followed to maintain an accident free work environment
- Manage and organize special promotional requirements
- Communicate to upper management any problems regarding production, quality, and safety
