WE ARE LOOKING FOR A
STUDENT RECRUITMENT MANAGER
AUSTRALIA-BASED STUDENT PLACEMENT ORGANIZATION IS LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO JOIN OUR SMALL TEAM TO WORK AT OUR OFFICE IN KIRIBATHGODA, SRI LANKA. WE ARE SEEKING AN INDIVIDUAL WITH THE FOLLOWING CHARACTERISTICS:
- You must be able to handle a high volume of professionals via phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and Messenger chat without delay and maintain your energy throughout the day (yes, we know it's difficult).
- Our services focus on delivering postgraduate educational solutions in European countries. Therefore, you must have the required soft skills to communicate with professionals from various backgrounds and provide the necessary information in person, over the phone, and through social media platforms.
- We are big fans of all social media channels, including Tik Tok. We are happy to pay extra if you are good at content creation (amateurs are welcome).
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree with proven experience in a customer-oriented environment.
- At least a basic level of understanding about how international student recruitment works, including having a sense of what drives students to study abroad, their expectations, and the average economic landscape of Sri Lanka.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- To be truthful and honest in your conduct with the organization and our valuable clients.
