Vacancy - Packing Supervisor
We are seeking a highly organized and energetic individual to join our fruit processing factory in Embilipitiya as a Packing Supervisor.
Responsibilities:- Ability to take responsibilities for processing and packing deliveries, once trained
- Ability to motivate and manage labors, and finish the loadings on time
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, data entry, and inventory control
- Oversee the sales and returns with complete system entries and documentation Responsible for maintaining sufficient finished goods, packing materials and other raw materials in the stock by timely updating the relevant parties (production and purchasing units) on required products
- Quality control of the finished goods that are prepared and packed for the orders Ensure inventory accuracy through managing stock movements
Qualifications and other requirements:
- Preferred female candidates
- Minimum C pass for Mathematics in Ordinary Level
- Below 30 years of age. School leavers are welcome to apply
- Ability to work in early/extended hours if needed
- Lodging can be arranged
- Computer literacy
- Excellent communication (written & verbal), interpersonal skills and team working
- NDT or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution with Supply Chain/ Manufacturing as a subject is preferred
