We are looking for a Supervisor - Production to join our team. The ideal candidates will apply the fundamental concepts and utilize for Man & Machine to achieve pre-set production targets for coconut related product manufacturing & export company.

Position: Supervisor - Production
Location: Makandura, Pannala
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Industry: Coconut related product manufacturing
Job type: Full-Time
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Planning materials for achieving the daily production target.
Allocation of Roles & Responsibilities for the workers.
Supervising workers and ensuring that targets are met.
Ensure full utilization of Man & Machine to achieve pre-set production targets.
Completing and maintaining Production records as and when batches are over.
Product audit & Process audit.
Motivate the workers to achieve the organizational objectives effectively and efficiently.
Good communicational and interpersonal skills.
Supervise the whole production facility to improve the productivity and efficiency.
Here's what we are looking for:
Candidate should pass GCE A/L in three subjects.
Diploma in production Management or equal qualification will be an advantage.
Good communicational and interpersonal skills.
