Operations Manager - Restaurant and Bar

Job Responsibilities

  • Candidates must have 5 years of working experiences in similar position.
  • Age range, 30-45 years Male
  • Will be required to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Ensure quality and standard of products and services
  • Ensure proper hygiene is maintained
  • Train staff and work in the front line along with service staff
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Should have excellent customer service skills
  • Should be able to manage a team of staff
  • Valid Driving licence

Salary & Other Benefits

  • Depending on Experience (approx. $700) + Service Charge + performance incentives
  • In addition, Medical, Accommodation, Meals, Utilities, Air ticket and taxes are paid by the company
