Operations Manager - Restaurant and Bar
Job Responsibilities
- Candidates must have 5 years of working experiences in similar position.
- Age range, 30-45 years Male
- Will be required to work on weekends and public holidays
- Ensure quality and standard of products and services
- Ensure proper hygiene is maintained
- Train staff and work in the front line along with service staff
- Excellent Communication skills
- Should have excellent customer service skills
- Should be able to manage a team of staff
- Valid Driving licence
Salary & Other Benefits
- Depending on Experience (approx. $700) + Service Charge + performance incentives
- In addition, Medical, Accommodation, Meals, Utilities, Air ticket and taxes are paid by the company
