The following vacancies are available at Nawinna Filling station which is a registered filling station of Ceylon Petroleum Corporation. We are looking for talented, self-motivated, dynamic individuals for the following positions.
Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Supervision for pumpers attendance and rosters.
- Develop & deliver accurate sales forecasting line with business objectives.
- Human Resources Management including recruitment.
- Responsible of Sales in terms of sales volume.
- Responsible of products onloading and product management.
- Ensure that safety measures are met at the site.
- Submit of weekly report to the management.
- Monthly and Weekly plan for fuels sales.
- Follow up trade debtors.
- Daily Reconciliation and wet stock management Attending for relevant trainings and follow ups.
Requirements
- 2 years previous experience in the similar capacity added advantage.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards and compliance requirements.
- Good computer literacy.
