Description:
- Planning Executive
• Ability to coordinate with local and foreign customers directly, ability to learn and adopt to a very complex, multiple product and demanding environment.
• Communicate and escalate issues, coordinate progress of each silhouette with overseas designers directly via e mail, Skype, google meet etc.
• Providing weekly dispatch schedules and timely follow ups with shipping department for clearance.
• Handling embroidery and printing related product developments and approvals.
• Weekly, Monthly and seasonal dash boards submitting, creating T&A's critical paths and KPI's should be shared with internal teams and customers when necessary.
• Hit the OTD as planned.
• Work out and communicate the weekly production plan with all relevant parties.
• Coordinate with the Production managers in executing the production plan to hit the OTD.
• Coordinate production planning and scheduling to achieve desired productivity.
Requirements:
- Applicants should have 5 years' experience with qualified or part qualified in CIMA/CIM/SLIM/SLITA are encouraged to apply.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills;
- Good organization skill and able to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Understand how the different KPI impact the Company overall.
- Age between 30 - 45 yrs.
