Statesman (Pvt) Ltd., following three decades of business in Sri Lanka. The strategic location of our research center and production facilities in Wattala simplifies the whole design and delivery process for headwear and clothing. LW Reid PTY Limited, our sales and operations division, is based in Sydney, whereas MCH Holdings, our corporate headquarters, is based in Brisbane. Over the last 30 years, our specialty has been making school wear and headwear, with a proud heritage of MCH being Australia's oldest hat maker for over 186 years.
Commercial Executive-Import Export
- Create commercial invoice, packing list, custom & BOI declaration according to the shipment plan.
- Coordinate the agencies and visit them to collect documentation, obtain approvals etc.
- Working with bank related documentations, submitting import export bills and coordinating with finance department on payments.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of customs documentary formalities and ability to work long hours as and when required are key competencies sought.
- Working with internal departments relevant to shipping documentation and Inland revenue activities related to finance.
- Custom and BOI system knowledge is advantages.
Requirements:
- Full or part qualification of CMA/ICASL/CIMA/ACCA along with import export qualification.
- Minimum of 05-year experience in import export field and sea and Air freights clearance process.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and computer-based accounting package.
- Good command of English language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build cross-functional relationships, ability to effectively liaise with all levels of staff.
