Assistant Manager / Manager - Quality Assurance Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree / Diploma or an equivalent professional qualification in Manufacturing/Process Control/Physical Science/Textile/Clothing Technology from an accredited university/professional institution
- Minimum 08 - 10 years' relevant work experience in an Apparel manufacturing environment
Responsibilities & Skills
- Should possess thorough knowledge of statistical quality management techniques, quality management system applications, product testing, inspection, constructions, patterns, sampling, and safety procedures
- Should be able to monitor & maintain quality assurance (QA) practices, quality control systems & processes, whilst liaising with the relevant teams, to meet the required customer quality standards/specifications in a timely and effective manner
- Should be able to carry out & follow-up on pre-production activities, to resolve technical & quality issues before the relevant styles are introduced to a module, in order to ensure a smooth production flow process
- Should be a detail-oriented, proactive team player, possessing strong leadership, analytical & problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging and fast-paced work environment in a proactive manner, maintaining a positive attitude
- Should be a dynamic individual who drives change & possess excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken
