EXECUTIVE - PRODUCTION
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute the production schedule at manufacturing & packaging floor and ensure material reconciliation are in-place.
- Assist the Production Manager & QA Manager in enforcing and ensuring current GMP Compliance and Good Documentation Practices, in the production floor.
- Enforce and ensure Environment, Safety and Health (EHS) compliance in the workplace.
- Assist the Production Manager in continuous training of Production/Packing staff.
- Review and establish the production related Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).
- Assist Validation & Calibration teams to carry out activities as per the schedules.
- Assist to manage deviations & execute corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) through root Cause Analysis/problem solving techniques.
- Assist to Manage change controls & execute and timely closure of same.
- Ensure real-time completion of all BMR/ BPR and other documents immediately upon completion of the batch/activity.
- Coordinate with the continuous improvement team for generating/implementation of CI initiatives in the manufacturing & packaging processes.
- Coordinate with the maintenance department for troubleshooting, investigation and preventive maintenance of all manufacturing & packaging equipment.
- Participate in any activities pertaining to training - EHS, Performance management, lean six sigma etc. organized by the company for the benefits of staff and company.
- Maintain sterility assurance in production areas to the required standards using defined cleaning and disinfection procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Science (B Pharm, BSc Pharmacy or Chemistry) or equivalent
- Minimum 2 year working experience in Pharmaceutical/Food manufacturing environment.
- Good leadership and communication skills with the ability to interact well with all parties concerned.
- Able to work under pressure/shift basis to meet tight deadline with minimum supervision.
