RCM Manager (Operations)
Job Summary
The RCM Manager is responsible for managing a group of AR Specialists who are responsible for all related medical billing activity for the purpose of maximizing accounts receivable collections for clients. In addition to performing similar work, the Manager will oversee and ensure group productivity in accordance with monthly financial goals.
Essential functions
- Ability to enhance staff productivity through following-up on all unpaid, denied, underpaid, and overpaid claims.
- Review billing progress, status of accounts and resolve any issues presented by clients.
- Ensure accuracy of the charge entries into the medical billing system.
- Ability to train team members and consult with clients on activities.
- Deliver high quality work products under set timeline.
What we are looking for?
- Minimum 5 years' in the medical billing/RCM industry.
- 2+ years in a middle management or leadership capacity.
- Possess Diploma Level or Degree level qualification.
- Strong communication skills with excellent command in English both written & verbal.
- Good analytical skills.
- High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft products.
- Ability to work in the night shift (US hours).
