Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vendor Acquisition Head to spearhead our vendor acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in vendor management, business development, and strategic partnerships. This role requires a leader who can drive growth, foster strong relationships with vendors, and ensure that we offer the best selection of services to our users.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in vendor management, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive vendor acquisition strategies aligned with growth objectives.
- Vendor Management: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with vendors across various sectors.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new vendor opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and ensure long-term partnerships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate vendor services seamlessly into the app.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor vendor performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on vendor acquisition metrics to senior management.
