JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute the talent acquisition agenda, ensuring the highest level of transparency and accuracy to deliver as per agreed objectives.
- Source and find qualified candidates for open positions and ensure recruitment KPIs are achieved within the agreed time line.
- Build a solid sourcing pipeline and talent pool.
- Attend career and college fairs and similar events.
- Using multiple assessment tools and new technologies in the selection process.
- Reviews employment applications and background checks.
- Lead the on-boarding process and plan procedures for improving the candidate experience.
- Produce a talent acquisition dashboard.
- Assist/coordinate HR projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the similar role.
- Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods. (interviews, assignments, psychological tests, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in using social media, including Linked-In and other job portals.
- Critical thinker with problem-solving skills.
- Should possess a professional qualification or degree in the HR field from a recognized institution or university.
- Must be ready to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in apparel or BPO industry sector would be an added advantage. Content creation and designing ability will be an added advantage. Willingness to work extended hours when required.
