JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute the talent acquisition agenda, ensuring the highest level of transparency and accuracy to deliver as per agreed objectives.
  • Source and find qualified candidates for open positions and ensure recruitment KPIs are achieved within the agreed time line.
  • Build a solid sourcing pipeline and talent pool.
  • Attend career and college fairs and similar events.
  • Using multiple assessment tools and new technologies in the selection process.
  • Reviews employment applications and background checks.
  • Lead the on-boarding process and plan procedures for improving the candidate experience.
  • Produce a talent acquisition dashboard.
  • Assist/coordinate HR projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the similar role.
  • Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods. (interviews, assignments, psychological tests, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience in using social media, including Linked-In and other job portals.
  • Critical thinker with problem-solving skills.
  • Should possess a professional qualification or degree in the HR field from a recognized institution or university.
  • Must be ready to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in apparel or BPO industry sector would be an added advantage. Content creation and designing ability will be an added advantage. Willingness to work extended hours when required.
