You should ideally;
- possess approximately 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in Branch Banking
- possess a degree or full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank
- be attentive to detail and possess a fair knowledge on branch operations
- have good interpersonal and communication skills
- have excellent team working and problem solving skills
