SENIOR EXECUTIVE – BRANCH COORDINATION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide reporting, analysis on day to day branch administration to ensure the efficient day to day operations of the business and timely Branch communications.
  • Coordinate and communicate across Branch Network and Operational Departments to ensure needs are being met.
  • Use and maintain effective administrative support systems, guidelines, protocols and procedures to ensure the implementation of consistent, safe, efficient and effective operations across the Branch.
  • Support planning activities for the Branch including collating data and delivering accurate reporting and monitoring of performance against Corporate and Divisional Plans, Key Performance Indicators and all other HR related work.
  • Exercising sound judgment, discretion and confidentiality in analyzing issues and problems concerning communication and coordination and recommending appropriate solutions to senior management.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must possess minimum of a Bachelor's Degree/HND or its equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in relevant area preferably in Banking/Non-Banking sector.
  • Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
  • Sufficient knowledge on policies and procedures, services and products relating to Non-Banking finance sector.
  • Good oral and writing communication skills in both Sinhala and English.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
