Focus on HR functions, assist Head of HR in administering policies, training, development programs, employee relations, welfare facilities, and CSR requirements.

Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field
- 5+ years of HR experience, 2+ years in leadership
