Account Manager - Defense Sector

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage end to end sales cycle from lead generation to sales defense.
  • Customer relationship management and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key defense sector clients and partners.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the customer base.
  • Understand defense system integration intricacies and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Conduct market research and provide regular reports on sales activities and insights.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage contract performance effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years' experience in Tech sales in defense sector.
  • Strong understanding of the defence industry and procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
