Account Manager - Defense Sector
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end to end sales cycle from lead generation to sales defense.
- Customer relationship management and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key defense sector clients and partners.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the customer base.
- Understand defense system integration intricacies and propose tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Conduct market research and provide regular reports on sales activities and insights.
- Negotiate contracts and manage contract performance effectively.
REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 7+ years' experience in Tech sales in defense sector.
- Strong understanding of the defence industry and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
