Account Manager - Enterprise

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage portfolio of key Enterprise Accounts to build strong relationships and increase sales.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic enterprise clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow revenue from existing enterprise clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities within assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to deliver excellent service to enterprise clients.
  • Make on-site visits to meet with Enterprise clients, understand their needs, and identify opportunities.
  • Achieve quarterly/annual sales targets and client retention goals.
  • Travel as needed to establish and nurture Enterprise client relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience managing and expanding relationships with enterprise-level clients.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in Tech sales in Enterprise Business.
  • Ability to identify, develop and close complex, high value sales opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and objection handling.
  • Experience with CRM tools and reporting/forecasting.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills for client presentations.
  • Knowledge of industry, market conditions, and competitor landscape.
