Account Manager - Enterprise
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage portfolio of key Enterprise Accounts to build strong relationships and increase sales.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic enterprise clients.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow revenue from existing enterprise clients.
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned enterprise accounts.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to deliver excellent service to enterprise clients.
- Make on-site visits to meet with Enterprise clients, understand their needs, and identify opportunities.
- Achieve quarterly/annual sales targets and client retention goals.
- Travel as needed to establish and nurture Enterprise client relationships.
REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience managing and expanding relationships with enterprise-level clients.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Tech sales in Enterprise Business.
- Ability to identify, develop and close complex, high value sales opportunities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and objection handling.
- Experience with CRM tools and reporting/forecasting.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills for client presentations.
- Knowledge of industry, market conditions, and competitor landscape.
