FOOD & BEVERAGE RESERVATIONS AGENT
We have an exciting opportunity for a Reservations Agent to join Cinnamon Life, the much anticipated $1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life is a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Reporting to the Manager, Restaurant and Bar Reservations, you will play a key role in managing the overall reservations for restaurants and bars at Cinnamon Life. This includes overseeing daily operations and providing essential support to each outlet to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include selling, processing and confirming restaurant reservations in a polite and professional manner, while maintaining all reservation standards. Additionally, you will meet with VIP guests to ensure their needs are met while also promptly addressing any guest concerns. You will analyze outlet revenue trends and reservation projections to implement corrective measures when necessary.
