Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a F&B Service Attendant to join Cinnamon Life, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Restaurant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless service operations. Responsibilities include ensuring sufficient quantities of crockery, cutlery, and glassware are polished and available before service begins. You will assist in clearing and setting tables, greet guests warmly, and promptly address any guest concerns. Taking guest orders accurately and ensuring orders are thoroughly checked before serving are also key tasks. Additionally, you will recognize and anticipate the preferences of our regular and VIP guests to provide personalized service.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a Food & Beverage position within a luxury hotel environment
- Proficiency in English
- Focus on people and guest satisfaction
- Team player with a "can-do" attitude
