We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader, Food & Beverage to join Cinnamon Life, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life is a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Reporting to the Manager, Restaurant, you will assist with supervising the team, ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent service, and guest satisfaction. This role involves leading by example with a hands-on approach, guiding the team members in their day-to-day tasks. Key responsibilities include implementing and maintaining service standards in the restaurant, greeting guests, taking orders, and responding promptly to guest concerns. You will also recognize and anticipate the preferences of regular and VIP guests to ensure personalized and exceptional service. Additionally, this position involves training and mentoring the staff, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring that all team members are aligned with the company's high standards of hospitality.
Do you have progressive experience in restaurant service within a luxury hotel environment?
