RESIDENT MANAGER

The Job:

Seeking dynamic Resident Manager to oversee daily hotel operations with a focus on guest service and department efficiency.

You will report directly to the General Manager and collaborate with department heads to maintain our high standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Supervise and coordinate all hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Guest Experience: Uphold exceptional service standards, responding promptly to guest concerns and feedback.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals to achieve collective goals.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue streams to optimize profitability.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the hotel.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate positive relationships with guests, staff, suppliers, and local community stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Resident Manager or similar role in a reputable hotel or resort.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a strong customer-oriented approach.
  • In-depth knowledge of hotel management best practices and industry regulations.
