Crew Documentation Officer

Manaco Marine Private Limited specializes in Crew Recruitment and Port Agency Services in the Maritime Industry.

We are seeking the services of an energetic and detail-oriented individual for the post of Crew Documentation Officer.

Role

  • Vetting of seafarer documentation.
  • Preparation of documents (Medicals, Visas, Immigration Clearance, Contracts, etc.).
  • Assisting Personnel Officer's with their recruitment process.
  • Maintaining Departmental records, personnel files, and issuing of letters.
  • Maintaining and updating personnel database.

Profile

  • GCE A/L
  • Age between 20-25 years
  • Excellent Communication skills in English (A for English in O/L & A/L)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Positive attitude and go-getter personality
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Experience in Travel or Foreign Employment industry is an added advantage
