Crew Planning Officer
Manaco Marine Private Limited specializes in Crew Recruitment and Port Agency Services in the Maritime Industry.
We are seeking the services of a dynamic and results-oriented individual for the post of Crew Planning Officer primarily responsible for sourcing and headhunting seafarers for the available positions/ employment opportunities.
Role
- Responsible for key client's crew requirements.
- Engaging in seafarer recruitment by sourcing and canvassing suitable candidates.
- Engaging in headhunting where necessary in order to grow the existing database and meet requirements.
- Engaging in business development and forging key contacts within the maritime industry.
- Monitoring employment trends, building relationships with seafarers, and ensuring the retention of crew.
Profile
- Maintaining Departmental records and collecting statistical data.
- Age between 25 - 35 years.
- Proficient in the English language.
- Degree or equivalent, attained from a reputed institute.
- Experience in the recruitment and headhunting field is a must.
- Experience in sales & marketing, skilled foreign employment, recruitment agency, and as a skilled migration agent can also be considered.
- Must be able to learn fast, think practically, and adapt to changing environments.
- Good knowledge in social media marketing.
